Ordered a custom ice cream cake -requesting to see if it would be possible to make it look similar to an Arizona tea can. I had chose the icing color for the writing, etc., ordered the cake. Later on, I ended up thinking I would have preferred the writing to be the same color as what the Arizona can has, but I had already submitted my order and figured it would still look pretty. Allan ended up being my cake decorator, which was next day. He called me to ask if I might prefer the writing to be in a gold color like on the can, and that to me was just above and beyond. I was super stoked to hear that he was working on it, and had that thought too, and chose to ring me up to ask. Major kudos points to Al, seriously. Anyways, the cake looks awesome. He even added pretty colorful details to the flowers. Couldn’t be happier with how it came out.

Dairy Queen.....11-20-2020 Hey let's put the minimal amount of product in the lid and we use the base of the container for a lid. People will never realize we can charge more for less. If the container is used properly you would get more ice cream and room for toppings. Whip cream fits into the rounded section and the DQ curl protected in the small dome. Thoughts?

I had ordered 2 small blizzard and a regular cheese curd. Idk what the girl on the headset was on because when I got to the window and they handed me a small cup full of cheesecake pieces I was a bit confused. Then they said “oh that was a mistake” and handed me my blizzards and walked away. I sat there for a moment and she came back to the window and asked if I could pull forward. I asked if I was gonna get a refund and they said no. They charged me near $5 for a small cup of cheesecake pieces. A regular cheese curd is not $5 so I wanted the difference in a refund. I got my curds and drove home. Not coming back again.

Worst Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Ever!!! Only the top of my blizzard tasted like pumpkin pie. The middle was only pumpkin colored ice cream and the bottom half was plain white ice cream. No flavor, very disappointing!!! It's not like they were in a hurry, there was no one in front of us! We had 3 blizzards total and only 1 was mixed properly.
